At 22, Mary began her career with a Fortune 1000 payroll and HR company, quickly advancing to become the #1 sales representative, generating millions in revenue. This success helped her overcome a challenging childhood marked by abuse and poverty.

By 28, Mary launched her first business, consulting startups on scaling from $0 to $1M ARR. Over three years, she guided 36 businesses to market, but her relentless work ethic led to burnout and a faith-driven transformation. Discovering Christ and beginning to find her life's purpose, she returned to payroll sales to rebuild her career for three years and then founded her second company, Sales BQ®, in 2017 at age 34. This venture evolved into House of Revenue®, which scaled companies between $2M to $20M by aligning revenue strategies across sales, marketing, branding, and operations.

After selling House of Revenue in June 2023 and serving as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at PNI·HCM, Mary transitioned fully in November 2024 to lead Sunday Salmon. She now combines her entrepreneurial expertise with her faith-based mission to bridge socioeconomic divides and bring nourishment to her community.
